Stock your freezer with pasture raised lamb! We charge $5.50/lb for the live weight of the lamb. This is an all inclusive price! This includes the butchering fee, and the extra cost of vacuum sealing each cut. .***We will also transport to and from the processor. All of our lambs are processed locally at a USDA inspected facility. Delivery- We can make arrangements to deliver directly to you or you can pick up here on the farm. Lamb weights for fall butchering range from 65-80 lbs live weight, and you can expect from that approximately 22-35 lbs (depending on the live weight) of lamb and depending on the cuts you choose. If you would like a lighter lamb, then we can certainly pick one out that will fit your freezer and your budget!

What will you get with the share?- Unless you specify otherwise, you can expect the following: legs of lamb, shoulder roasts, lamb shanks, lamb chops, kabobs, liver, ground and 2-3 pounds of bones for broth making or for dog treats.

All of our lambs are raised on clover and grass pasture and are not given antibiotics or grain.

A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure a lamb for processing and the balance must be paid before I pick up the lamb from the processor. The deposit is taken off of the total balance due.
